Service Description. This Site describes Emergency Roadside Service, Towing Service, Breakdown Assistance provided by Chevyman Roadside Assistance. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Chevyman Roadside Assistance or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination. Chevyman Roadside Assistance may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Chevyman Roadside Assistance makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Chevyman Roadside Assistance arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Chevyman Roadside Assistance harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by LA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in LA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Updates. Chevyman Roadside Assistance reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
